+High replay value such as New Game Plus and multiple Endings
+Great story, cast of characters and gameplay
+Choice of Multiple difficulty modes
+Choices change the story route
+Save suspend option during battle is a great time saver
+Additional content like routes and endings compared to the DS version
+Improved visual design compared to the DS version
+Compendium has been added which was not in the DS version
+Full voice acting which was not in the DS version
+150 demons instead of 130 demons like in the DS version

Cons
-No exploration
-Demon fusion "Quick" option comes later in the game so you are forced to experiment and find what demons to fuse into at first
-Cast of characters not as refined as other SMT games
-Some grinding (money) is needed as game difficult ramps up around boss battles and other certain battles
-Requires playing through multiple times and you will get locked out of certain character routes depending on your choices
