Great Metroidvania in a rich universe with short story
After play Bloodstained I really wanted to dive into 2D games again in this was a perfect choice. Besides I have it for free in Epic Games Store.

The game puts you in control of a scientific who wake up in a room where a female voice ask you to find her, but the last thing you remember is an explosion in the lab, which have no sense. With a little guide from her you have to move through rooms full of monsters, secrets and strange things in an amazing world you don't recognize.

The game is a full 2D and pixel art style platformer where you have to get new ingenious abilities to complete some tasks in order to discover all the truth. The plot is simply fantastic and clever, you'll probably love if you like spacial sci-fi.

The only thing I didn't like is the lost you feel sometimes when you don't really know where to continue. For example in Bloodstained there's an NPC who tells you some hints.

To sum up this is a great game I really recommend, furthermore it's made by one single person!
