another favorite
11bit studios knocked it out of the park again. as someone that has never played a city builder and is not a fan of survival games I still could not put this down. Lack of tutorial is a problem however the scenarios are meant to be replayed multiple times and by the second run though for each I was more than comfortable with playing the game and felt like I grasped the systems even if they still were not completely mastered.
